Qualifications:

Duties Include:
- Maintenance and repairs to production equipment
- Unloading of equipment and supplies
- Servicing well units
- Assembly and installation of equipment and tank batteries
- Ability to work with pumpers to learn routes and handle relief pumper duties
Senior Staff Geologist
Location: Houston, Texas
Qualifications:
- BS or higher in Geology, MS preferred.
- 15+ years of experience
- Have working knowledge with Petra, IHS and SMT (Kingdom)
- Must be self-motivated and be receptive to new ideas and approaches
- Must have excellent oral, written and formal presentation skills
- Experience with carbonate rocks and related depositional environments
Duties Include:
- Responsible for providing geological interpretations of various plays throughout the Williston Basin
- Supervises geological aspects of well operations
- Prepares geological prognoses
- Provides technical input during the drilling of exploration and development wells
- Provide electric log evaluations and interpretations
- Horizontal drilling operations and geosteering
- Work on a multi-disciplined team
Senior Petroleum Engineer
Location: Houston, Texas
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Petroleum Engineering
- Candidates must possess good problem solving skills
- Demonstrate initiative and leadership abilities
- Applicants must be able to work in a team oriented environment
Duties Include:
- Production and Optimization
- Optimize artificial lift systems
- Reduce operating expenses
- Well stimulation - Reperforating, Acidizing, Fracture Stimulation
- Saltwater disposal and water flood injection well installation and optimization
- Procedures and Economics involved with all of the above.
- Completion and Facility Design
- New well completions – Tubing design, Perforating, Acidizing, Fracture Stimulation
- Facility design and construction – Wellhead design, separation equipment, tank storage, dehydration, pipeline installation, SWD facilities
- Artificial Lift installations – Rod pump systems, gas lift installations, plunger lift systems
- Procedures involved with all of the above
- Regulatory
- Submit regulatory paperwork for work product in sections 1 and 2
- Prepare exhibits and provide expert testimony
- Field Work
- Workover/Completion supervision – Provide engineering supervision for workover and completion operations
- Light roustabout work – lifting tubing subs, valves, ect. (50 lbs)
Administrative Assistant
Location: Houston, Texas
Qualifications:
- 2+ Years administrative support experience
- Professional appearance and phone voice
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Oil and gas experience is a plus
Duties Include:
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously from different departments.
- Assist in the preparation and mailing of documents and correspondence as needed.
- Assist the Human Resource Manager and Vice President as needed.
Joint Interest Billing Accountant
Location: Houston, Texas
Qualifications:
- Work experience in oil and gas AP/JIB accounting with 2 – 5 years experience
- Excellent computer, communications and organizational skills and proficiency in Excel
- Knowledge of COPAS and Accounting Procedures
- Degree in Accounting
- Working knowledge of Joint Billing decks
Duties Include:
- Responsible for monthly JIB process (includes running process in system, printing and mailing outbound invoices)
- Respond to JIB owner calls
- Prepare monthly miscellaneous journal entries
- Prepare Account reconciliations
- Responsible for booking Accounts Receivable collections and follow up with outstanding receivables
- Interact with other departments as needed
- Work on special projects assigned by JIB Supervisor as needed
