Waldo J.
Ackerman, President
As the founder of Murex
Petroleum Corporation, Waldo brings 20 years of
engineering, operations and management experience to the
company. Before starting Murex Petroleum, he was an
Operations Engineer for Patina Oil and Gas Corporation and
prior to that was a Production Engineer for Mewbourne Oil
Company.
Waldo received his BS
in Petroleum Engineering in 1989 from North Dakota State
University and completed Production Performance Analysis
Methods Graduate Course from the Colorado School of Mines.
Donald A. Kessel, Vice
President
Don
has over 20 years of Engineering and Management
experience with a BS in Petroleum Engineering from North
Dakota State University. Don previously worked for
Amerada Hess Corporation.
Don sits on the
Board of Directors of four (4) privately held mineral
companies and the North Dakota Petroleum Council.
